The Kukirin G2 Pro (VMP) is a reliable electric scooter and great for beginners, but it does come with some limitations that are important to know in advance. If a top speed of 25 km/h is enough for you and you’re looking for a sturdy vehicle for city commuting, you’ll likely be satisfied. I ordered it by mistake because I didn’t check the speed restrictions. If you're expecting higher speed and a more sporty experience, it's better to go for the full (non-VMP) version. I sold it and got the G4 instead.

Was delivered quickly (in 5 days). The scooter itself is amazing: the range (even in unfavourable conditions) is more than enough for my commute (usually 8km both ways in windy, wet and cold conditions) + the suspension is amazing. The only criticism I have is that the speed limiter is a little too agressive and because of the tire shape (way smaller tire diameter along the edges of the tire) when turning the speed limiter kicks in because the tire side that vontacts the ground has smaller diameter than the middle hence has to spin faster to cover tgw same amount of distance but the higher number of rotations makes the limiter think it is going faster than it actually is.
Perfect for my 11-year-old! 25 km/h is enough, particularly die to Austria traffic regulations.

The quality of the bikes feels very good. Solid materials and good suspension. I just wish is would have bettery acceleration, because if there is just a slight hill, and i have to start from zero, it is embarasingly slow. The other problem is my front brake. It keeps squeeking, like the brake pads are hitting the disc, and i cant get it perfectly adjusted..

- front brake is not working correctly (I'm thinking about to raise a warranty claim) - the grips are not fixed correctly onto the bar, they are turning/slipping. - there was no tubeless liquid in the tires, we got puncture in both quickly. - it seems the wheel bearings are not waterproof. After a little rain both started to creak. - the mainstay became loose very quickly. - the screen is not bright enough, there is no option to adjust (as far as I know) - acceleration uphill is very slow
