Extremely disappointing experience. I paid EUR 419 for a new KuKirin M4 Max and received a scooter with a factory defect in the folding mechanism. For almost two weeks, I have been repeatedly contacting customer support and arguing just to obtain the replacement promised under their own published exchange policy. Their responses remain vague, the return procedure is unnecessarily complicated, and they have still not provided a clear timetable for delivering a functional replacement. In my experience, they have not followed the exchange policy advertised on their website. They also refuse to disclose the legal name, address or registration details of the company that sold and supplied the product. I have attached photos clearly showing the defect. I expected a functional product, transparency and proper after-sales support—not weeks of unanswered questions and delays.

It’s a really good electric scooter—everything is excellent. However, one thing you could improve for the 2027 version is bringing back the XT60 connector on the controller so it’s easier to upgrade, and adding a key like the one on the Kukirin A1 or G2 Pro—that’s something it’s missing. Otherwise, the 2026 version is a great scooter!

A super good electric scooter. Exceptional quality. The battery lasts a long time in Sport and Race mode, good suspensions,brakes and tires that do their job super well at high speeds. The screen looks cool, the scooter has an aggressive look.
The disc brake came bent and it overheats the motor and disc
I love it more than everything, but I don't like that the 2026 version doesn't have a fan in the charger to cool down the 3A charger while the scooter charges, the 2025 had and, also it comes with loose brakes, in my opinion, 2025 version is better than the 2026

In Denmark this product is illegal to use because it can be changed to go 45kmt Picture is of the police banning the kukirin. VERY dissatisfied with my purchase!!!

very good but I prefer g4 because I have it all the time in race and the battery drains fast also with me on it goes about 50 kmh but I wish it was a little bit faster

My scooter was returned.
Don’t buy this until they improve their design on rear tire replacement. It will need to be replaced. You are required to put a tubeless tire over the rim while attached to 10” of cord to the bike. The rim stays connected to the axle as well so that fun having 2” of axle sticking out of both sides. They must have worked really hard on the best of DEI hires when they engineered this sweet design. PS, still haven’t been able to get it changed yet. Going on 5 hours. PS, I’m a carpenter that can do quite a bit of auto work too. I know my way around tools. If I had known this before buying the scooter, I would have not purchased this. Update: did get it on. Get yourself some bigger tire irons to get the tire over the rim. Also, i cut a hole in a 2x6 and laid the tire on the 2x6 with the axle in the hole. That way you can work on it while its flat. I also used two clamps to hold the tire as i worked it over the rim with bigger tire irons. Get a friend to help you too….
